Location

The courses are based on the river bank just outside the Brae Island campground.
From Fort Langley:
cross the Jacob Haldi bridge,
turn first left into campsite,
turn left into the car park.
Walk downstream along the wide path to a cage of boats (just passed the wooden hut).

  What to wear

We run our classes on the Bedford Channel.

We recommend:

Comfortable shorts that do not absorb a lot of water.

Water shoes or sandals.

A hat and sunscreen is always a good idea.

A dry change of clothes or a sweat shirt is nice for your ride home.

Members Only Recreational Paddling

Come join us for a fun kayak paddle on Bedford Channel. 
Where:  Bedford Channel – cross the bridge (Fort Langley) and walk along the path to the compartment where our kayaks are housed.
When:  Monday and Tuesday nights. Time changes with the sunset.
Cost:  Free (for members only)

These are not lessons.  We will be having a fun paddle together and enjoying the river. If you haven’t paddled before we recommend you sign up for lessons with the club.
