  What to wear

We run our classes on the Bedford Channel.

We recommend:

Comfortable shorts that do not absorb a lot of water.

Water shoes or sandals.

A hat and sunscreen is always a good idea.

A dry change of clothes or a sweat shirt is nice for your ride home.

Day camp participants should always bring a complete change of clothes - as well as a drink & snack or two.

POWER FOR ALL!

Braving the waters of the mighty Fraser River has never been so easy, never been so fun!

The Fort Langley Canoe Club is a not-for-profit society. Since 1994, the Fort Langley Canoe Club has been paddling the historic waterways of British Columbia. From leisure canoeing to competitive canoeing and kayaking. The Fort Langley Canoe Club has a lot to offer! We have had very successful racing teams compete at regattas around BC, Washington, the prairies and representing BC and Canada at Inter-Provincial games and International Regattas.

This year we are expanding our programs to clients with a variety of exceptionalities, physical, emotional and mental. Through our work in association with Power To Be we want to offer an opportunity for our community to experience the power of kayaking regardless of physical or mental abilities.

Our Power For All coordinator has experience in teaching and working with children, teens and adults of all abilities. Our kayaks come with adaptive equipment to ensure an incredible experience for all clients.

REGISTRATION IS WEEKLY.
