Annual membership is from 1 April 2006 to 31 March
2007.
ό
This is a non-profit volunteer run club.
Volunteering is expected. Parents of minor paddlers must provide
supervision of minor and officiate at club events.
ό
All members are to provide their own Canadian Coast
Guard approved PFD.
ό
Recreational club voyageur and kayak paddles are
provided. Members wishing a higher
level of paddle will purchase it. Dragon
boaters are required to purchase their own
regulation dragon boat paddle.
ό
Recreational events are on a first come/first serve
basis.
ό
All members must comply with the Fort Langley Canoe
Club Policies & Procedures, Constitution, and By-Laws.
ό
CKBC Insurance for paddlers and volunteers is
mandatory.

for coaching and regatta entrance fees, travel, accommodation, and camps are the
members responsibility.
Boat
trailer rental is shared by the participating members.
Team
members are solely responsible for their team funds. If a team member leaves or
changes teams, all team funds remain with the original team
